BUN (Tsoureki)

In our bun, there is no mastic or mahlepi. Its aroma and taste derive from fresh eggs, butter, and milk. Our "secret ingredient" that makes the difference is orange zest.  

There are many varieties of buns; those with black currants, stuffed croissants with chocolate and nuts, Viennese, brisket, Danish and sweet rolls - that cover any preference.
